Qualified Company Secretary
- A bachelor’s degree in law (LLB) or Finance is preferred. Core Competencies
- Minimum of 5-6 years of experience as a Company Secretary, with 1-2 years significant experience in listed company compliances.
- Strong expertise in pre-IPO documentation and liaising with SEBI, stock exchanges, and other regulatory bodies.
- Previous experience working with corporate restructuring, public offerings, and compliance reporting for listed entities is essential. Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- In-depth knowledge of SEBI regulations, Companies Act, 2013, and corporate governance practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with the Board, senior management, investors, and regulatory bodies.
- Strong organizational and project management skills to manage multiple responsibilities and meet tight deadlines.
Expertise in drafting legal documents, agreements, and offering memorandums.
