**Job Title: Pharmacist**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Medication Management**: Accurately dispense medications as prescribed by healthcare providers, ensuring correct dosages and instructions are provided to patients.
- **Patient Consultation**: Provide clear and effective communication with patients regarding their medications, including potential side effects, interactions, and proper usage.
- **Prescription Processing**: Review and verify prescriptions, including checking for potential drug interactions, allergies, and dosage accuracy.
- **Inventory Control**: Monitor and manage medication inventory, including ordering, stocking, and checking expiration dates.
- **Compliance**: Adhere to all regulatory and safety guidelines, including maintaining proper records and ensuring confidentiality of patient information.
- **Patient Care**: Offer advice on over-the-counter medications and health-related products, and assist in managing patient medication therapy to achieve optimal health outcomes.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with other healthcare professionals to provide integrated care and support for patients.
- **Education & Training**: Stay updated on new medications, treatment protocols, and industry best practices. Provide training and support to pharmacy staff as needed.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) or Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy from an accredited institution.
- **Experience**: Minimum of 1 year of professional pharmacy experience. Recent graduates with relevant experience are encouraged to apply.
- **Licensure**: Valid pharmacist license in [State/Country] with no disciplinary actions.
- **Skills**:

- Strong understanding of pharmaceutical calculations and medication management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of accuracy.
- Proficient in using pharmacy software and technology.

- Previous experience in a retail or hospital pharmacy setting.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if required.
