Safety system in plant and use of Firefighting equipment.
Process Scale up, handling different unite processes and reaction.
Use & knowledge of different chemicals and solvents used in plant
Knowledge of Process and its handling.
Maintain documents like Batch manufacturing records, Equipment cleaning records, log sheets etc.
Closed & samplings of different feeds, products & by-products
Emergency Handling like Utilities Failure, Equipment Failure, Instrument Failure.
Start-up & Shutdown in plant during emergency to save the process.
Perform corrective action to save plant & life in minimum down time.
Pay: From ₹400,000.00 per year
