Job description ABOUT HJ REAL ESTATES:
**Requirements and Skills**
- Proven experience in creating and managing Facebook advertising campaigns.
- Deep understanding of Facebook Ads Manager and analytics tools.
- Ability to develop targeted ad strategies based on client objectives.
- Strong skills in creating persuasive ad copy.
- Experience with graphic design tools to create visual ad content.
- Knowledge of A/B testing and optimizing campaigns for performance.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
- Ability to analyze data and provide reports on campaign results.
- Good communication skills for client updates and feedback.
- Understanding of social media trends and user behavior.
- Flexibility to adapt strategies to align with changing social media landscapes.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently.

Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
