A dynamic software development firm based in Mohali, Punjab, specializing in Microsoft technologies and tailored software solutions, is seeking a **Online Bidder** to join their team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Actively participate in online bidding platforms.
- Draft compelling project proposals and gather requirements.
- Collaborate with teams for effective bidding strategies.
- Coordinate with clients for project requirements and negotiate terms.
- Cultivate and maintain client relationships.
- Lead negotiations and ensure successful bid closures.
- Provide insights for bid improvement based on feedback and trends.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Bidder, Bid Executive, or Bid Coordinator.
- Proficiency in online bidding and crafting proposals/bids.
- Familiarity with platforms like Upwork, Guru, Freelance, etc.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to craft persuasive proposals and understand project management.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

- Day shift
