Creative Designer

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Develop innovative design concepts and visual solutions that align with our brand identity.
2. Create graphics, layouts, and illustrations for marketing materials, websites, social media, and other platforms.
3. Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project requirements and objectives.
4. Present design ideas and concepts to stakeholders and incorporate feedback into the final product.
4. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in graphic design and digital marketing.
5. Ensure all designs are consistent with brand guidelines and deliver a high-quality user experience.
**Requirements**:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
2. 3-5 years of experience in graphic design or a similar role.
3. Proficient in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
4. Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects and creativity.
5. Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
6. Strong attention to detail and a passion for visual storytelling.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹450,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
