Telesales Representative

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential and existing clients.
- Handle inbound inquiries and follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns.
- Explain service features and benefits to clients clearly and persuasively.
- Identify clients needs and recommend appropriate services.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, sales, and client interactions using CRM tools.
- Handle clients objections and close sales professionally.
- Stay up-to-date with services knowledge, promotions, and company policies.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or a similar sales/customer service role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in [Languages, e.g., English and Hindi].
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Basic computer literacy and experience with CRM software is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
