Job Description: As a Medical Coder at you will play a crucial role in ensuring accurate coding of medical information. This entry-level position is suitable for freshers who have a background in Life Sciences or Healthcare.

**Responsibilities**:

- Review and assign accurate medical codes to diagnoses and procedures.
- Ensure adherence to coding guidelines and regulations.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to clarify information and resolve coding discrepancies.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of patient information.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Healthcare, or a related field.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Knowledge of medical coding standards and guidelines (ICD-10, CPT HCPCS).
- Good communication skills to collaborate with healthcare professionals.
