**Job Description: International Marketing Executive**

**Company Name - Synise Technologies Ltd.**

**Location**: Karve Nagar, Pune (Onsite)
**Working Hours**: 9:00 AM - 6:30 PM, Monday to Friday

**Job Type**: Full-time

**Experience**:International marketing: 2 years (required).

**Responsibilities**:
**Market Research and Analysis**:

- Conduct in-depth market research to identify potential international markets and customer segments within the mining industry.
- Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and customer preferences to formulate effective marketing strategies.

**Strategic Planning**:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop comprehensive international marketing plans that align with overall business goals.

**Lead Generation and Conversion**:

- Generate leads through various channels, including b online platforms, industry events, and partnerships.

**International Expansion**:

- Identify potential distributors, agents, and partners in target markets to facilitate market penetration and expansion.
- Assist in negotiating and finalizing partnerships that contribute to the company's growth objectives.

**Requirements**:

- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- MBA in Marketing or a relevant Graduation degree.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in international marketing, preferably within the mining industry.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies.
- Strong understanding of global market dynamics and trends in the mining sector.
