**Key Responsibilities**
- **Social Media Strategy**: Create and manage social media strategy for platforms like **Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn**, and **Twitter**.
- **Content Planning & Calendar**: Collaborate with content and creative teams to plan and schedule **engaging posts, reels, and videos**.
- **Campaign Execution**: Run **organic marketing campaigns**, **festive promotions**, **health awareness drives**, and **product-focused initiatives**.
- **Community Engagement**: Respond to DMs/comments, address queries, and manage online reputation.
- **Performance Tracking**: Analyze **KPIs** such as **engagement rate, impressions, reach, CTR**, and generate weekly/monthly reports.
- **Cross-Team Collaboration**: Coordinate with **digital marketing, SEO**, and **product** teams to align marketing goals.

**Qualifications & Experience**
- **Education**: Bachelor's in **Mass Communication, Digital Marketing, Journalism**, or related field.
- **Experience**: 2-4 years in **social media management, content creation, and online brand management**—preferably in **healthcare, Ayurveda, wellness, or FMCG**.
- **Skills**:

- Strong command over written and visual storytelling.
- Knowledge of **Canva, Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Buffer**, and **Instagram Insights**.
- Ability to make **reels, edit basic graphics**, and maintain platform consistency.
