We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-friendly individual to join our team as **Ice Cream Parlour Staff**. In this role, you will be responsible for handling the counter, serving customers with a smile, and assisting in events to create a delightful experience for all.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet customers warmly and provide excellent service.
- Scoop and serve ice cream, beverages, and desserts efficiently.
- Handle the cash register, process payments, and manage billing.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards at the counter
- Engage with customers, offer product recommendations, and ensure a fun and welcoming atmosphere.
- Restock inventory, check supplies, and report shortages.
- Follow all food safety and hygiene guidelines.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in F&B, retail, or customer service is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- A friendly, energetic, and positive attitude.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic math skills for handling cash and POS systems.

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- Rotational shift
- Weekend availability

Supplemental Pay:

- Performance bonus
- Yearly bonus
