Advocates

Roles & Responsibility

1. Reading Cases/ Documents/ Files etc. and making short summary.

2. Assisting and appearing/ representing in various civil and criminal cases on behalf and against as well as handling day to day legal work.

3. Drafting, vetting and finalizing various notices, replies etc.

4. Support in preparing legal notice, suits, legal replies, briefs for legal advisors/ solicitors.

5. To assist and expedite the process - Legal Cases, Litigations, contracts, arbitration, court issues, court proceedings (Supreme & High Court), employee related matters etc. Be the support function to the Business Group as well as the legal arm.

6. Keeping track of all legal issues and statutory compliance and labor law.

LLB/LLM

Experience

0-6Months.

Knowledge, skills & Abilities
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Good Drafting and vetting skills
- Knowledge of Company’s law and corporate law.

Location

North Delhi

Workdays

Mon-Sat (9:30am - 6:30pm)

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Delhi, Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
