**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Prepare and issue invoices and bills accurately and on time
- Maintain day-to-day accounting entries (sales, purchases, expenses, etc.)
- Assist in bank reconciliations and petty cash management
- Maintain and update ledgers and records in Tally or other accounting software
- Verify customer transactions and reconcile accounts
- Prepare reports on sales and collections for management review
- Coordinate with the sales team and service counters for smooth billing processes
- Support monthly GST filing and other statutory requirements
- Ensure proper documentation and filing of invoices, receipts, and vouchers
- Handle billing queries from customers and resolve discrepancies
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce or related field (B.Com preferred)
- 1-3 years of experience in billing and basic accounting
- Working knowledge of **Tally ERP** or similar accounting software
- Familiarity with GST rules and invoicing formats
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Basic computer skills (MS Excel, Word)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure

- Attingal, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
**Experience**:
- Billing: 2 years (preferred)
