**Position**: Influencer Talent Executive

**Role Overview**: As an Influencer Talent Executive, you'll play a pivotal role in connecting with social media influencers and collaborating with them on campaigns that align with our brand's vision. Working closely with our marketing team, you’ll ensure these partnerships support our strategic goals. Your expertise in social media trends, effective communication, and negotiation skills will be essential in this role. You’ll also monitor campaign performance and provide insights to refine our strategies.

**Responsibilities**:

- Identify and engage social media influencers who resonate with our brand values.
- Establish and manage partnerships with influencers to drive campaign success.
- Coordinate content creation and delivery in collaboration with influencers and our team.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to assess effectiveness.
- Provide actionable insights to the marketing team to improve future campaigns.

**Requirements**:

- Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships with influencers.
- Familiarity with major social media platforms and their trends.
- Basic understanding of analytics to assess campaign performance.
- Exceptional organizational skills and multitasking abilities.
- Problem-solving capabilities to address and resolve issues.
- A background in Marketing or Communications is advantageous.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
