Trainee - Hse Bidar

**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Ensure a structured program of Health & Safety is followed throughout the Organization.
- Responsible to supervise all hazardous related operations and activities in safer way.
- To update, circulate and track the compliance status of HSE control tour observations.
- Ensure that safety inspections are carried out, fire drills and fire alarms are correctly reported, safety inspections, risk assessments and lone working procedures are managed, and employees are aware of their responsibilities.
- Ensure the completion and regular review of risk assessments for all activities and operations and implement the preventive measures obtained.
- To maintain of work permit system and ensure all permits are safely closed.
- To maintain and inspect of emergency equipment’s and First aid equipment.
- Establish a full program of documented health & safety inspections, audits and checks.
- To develop a procedure to reduce incidents of illness, near miss, accidents and other issues that may affect productivity and health.
- Responsibility to prepare SOP’s and OCP’s related to safety and health.
- To prepare and organize health and safety awareness trainings and to liaise with external health & safety consultants in the provision of training programmes relate to health and safety.
- Ensure all health and safety and training records are maintained.
- Ensure that all accidents are documented and investigated. To develop and track the CAPA status for all incidents and near miss.
- Participate in product walk through and provide recommendations.
- Identify the process involved hazards by conducting process risk assessments.
- Support to CFT (Cross Functional Team) in view of process safety related issues.
- Review of P&ID in view of safety aspects.
- Preparation of compatibility work sheets for in house chemicals.
- Conduct PSSR (Pre-Start-up Safety Review) for batches and facilities before start-up.
- Actively conduct and monitor Industrial Hygiene activities pertaining to the manufacturing process.
- Update & Maintain of health-related documents & records related to process safety.
