**General information**: - Location - Bangalore - Type of contract - Permanent Full Time - Occupational field - Business & Administration - Job-ID - 13843 Responsible for the definition and regional implementation of global strategy, processes, tools and standards in the area of Reward - Provides consultancy and implementation support in the operationalization of global standards, programs and practices on regional level while adhering to strategic guidelines and targets set by Head of Reward - Provides as Subject Matter Expert state of the art support, solutions and advice to the business and involved HR functions that require expert knowhow in the delivery of a Reward related service on regional level - Initiates and manages regional Reward projects / programs / initiatives - Takes responsibility for the translation and adaptation of global programs and policies across topics like compensation structure, salary review, incentives / bonus as well as benefits & rewards according to regional requirements - Contributes to quality assurance by regular measuring KPIs along Reward core processes - And other duties as assigned. HSE - Ensure adherence to the HSE roles, responsibilities & accountabilities as defined in MS-0047700-HSE Roles Responsibilities & Authorities. - Comply and ensure implementation of the company’s and the customer’s Quality, Health and Safety and Environmental Process requirements.
