Incharge Physiotherapy

Making assessments of patients' physical conditions.
- Be responsible, via paper or electronic systems, for maintaining accurate and contemporaneous records and securely storing and retrieving necessary information/documentation as per hospital Policy.
- Record data requested by Clinical Lead to contribute to Monitoring Clinical Priorities and improving Quality.
- To work towards improving clinical standards through implementation of the latest research and evidence-based practice.
- To regularly audit quality of client care and service delivery within own specialist area.
- Contribute to the collection of data for compilation of a variety of audits and clinical returns.
- Ensure that all clinical practice is evidence based. Keep up to date with relevant research in the field in order to evaluate current practice and contribute to service improvement.
- Be committed to service effectiveness via the Clinical Governance Agenda in order to improve Quality and Clinical effectiveness and work towards continually improving the Service User/Career experience and satisfaction of services.
- Share any knowledge gained via specific training sessions, workshops, presentations etc in order to develop and underpin good practice.
- Maintain and develop current knowledge of evidenced based practice in the areas of each rotation, developing knowledge of particular conditions and patient types to a high standard.
- During each rotation to undertake a case study which will;
- Add to own and/or the team’s evidence based practice OR be an audit of current practice either clinical or professional, which will contain recommendations on future development of practice for the benefit of patients and/or the team. OR produce patient information to enhance service delivery.
- Be actively involved in professional clinical groups, such as the Journal Club, Peer Review Groups and other professional development activities.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
