**Job Title**: Office Boy

**Location**: Vashi Navi Mumbai

**Reports to**: Office Manager

**Age Limit** : 30

**Salary Range : 10,000/- to 13,000/-**

**Job Overview**:
We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Office Boy to support daily office operations. The Office Boy will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks, including but not limited to maintaining cleanliness, serving refreshments, managing office supplies, and assisting staff with their administrative needs.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Ensure cleanliness and tidiness of the office premises, hallways, and meeting rooms.
- Serve tea, coffee, water, and refreshments to office staff, visitors, and clients as needed.
- Assist in setting up meeting rooms for presentations, meetings, and conferences.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
- Ensure office supplies (stationery, etc.) are replenished and well-organized.
- Take care of office appliances, such as photocopiers, printers, and other equipment.
- Run errands like collecting or delivering documents, payments, etc.
- Maintain and monitor the office pantry area, ensuring it is stocked with necessary supplies.
- Assist with any administrative tasks, such as photocopying, filing, and data entry, as directed by the office manager or other staff members.
- Handle basic customer service tasks, such as greeting visitors and directing them to the appropriate staff.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
- Proven experience in a similar role (preferred).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
- Basic knowledge of office equipment (printers, photocopiers, etc.).
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle basic tasks efficiently and maintain a positive attitude.
- Physically able to perform tasks that may include lifting light objects.

**Working Conditions**:

- May require occasional overtime based on office needs.
