Conduct regular training sessions to improve batting, bowling, fielding, and overall team performance.

Analyze players’ techniques and provide constructive feedback for their improvement.

Prepare and manage team strategy for matches, ensuring alignment with coaching objectives.

Develop fitness regimes and rehabilitation programs for players.

Assess players’ progress and offer regular evaluations and reports to management.

Foster a positive and motivating team environment.

Work closely with other coaches, physiotherapists, and staff to ensure players’ development and well-being.

Stay updated with the latest coaching techniques, rules, and developments in the cricket world.

Assist in team selection and provide recommendations for player roles.

Mentor junior and upcoming players, focusing on their development within the sport.

Ensure safety protocols and best practices are followed during training and matches

**Qualifications**:
Proven experience as a Cricket Coach or player with a strong understanding of the sport.

Coaching certification from a recognized cricket body (e.g., BCCI Level 2/ or similar)

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
