Job Objective

Objective of this role is to manage a group of content writers and create content and social media strategies that will show our UGC form - Ask and Answer - in the best light.

**Job Description**:

- Build and maintain healthy liaisons with brokers and property experts associated with the forum
- Effectively manage the overall delivery of content and ensure quality of the same is aligned with defined internal matrices
- Strategize activities to improve engagement on social media - Twitter, Facebook & LinkedIn
- Carry out primary and secondary market research on localities, cities and residential projects and share insights with the team for content creation and resolution

**Required Skills**:

- Prior experience of driving online communities, preferably with e-commerce / real estate industry
- Excellent communication, ability to write complex ideas in a user intuitive way
- Research and editing skills to rewrite existing content to improve readability
- Working knowledge of all social media platforms - Twitter, LinkedIn and Facebook
