- At least 6 years of experience in SAP Financial Accounting and Controlling with minimum 4 end-to-end implementations from project preparation to go-live, with expertise in CO-PA, ML, PC and Management Accounting
- Responsible for configuration, data migration, development, testing, documentation, deployment and support for the project Finance and Controlling area.
- Lead the relationship with the Finance organization for requirements gathering, GAP analysis and documentation, solutions design, configuration options formulation and scope negotiation
- Knowledge with design/configuration and testing for core FICO areas: GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, CCA, CO-PA, CO-PC
- Responsible for driving to completion all the integrated tasks in the areas interconnect with the SAP FI & CO.
- Expertise with Treasury and Banking, as well as one of the following: Group Reporting, FSCM, Leasing, FI-CA, RAR, etc
- Ability to design, review, and implement methods, techniques, and procedures that improve the efficiency of SAP systems
- Experience with designing custom solutions and interfaces between SAP & Non-SAP systems
- Provide solutions including how to leverage standard SAP ECC& S/4 HANA Finance functionality and how to enable requirements while maximizing the ROI.
- Able to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
- Self-motivated approach and thrive to take over initiative and responsibility.
- Takes initiative to keep self-skills up to date and actively contributes to team
- Knowledge sharing and Excellent presentation skills.
- You should have excellent knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Order to Cash processes - order management, contract management, pricing, delivery, and billing
- Domain Expertise: You should have a good understanding in Professional Service industry domain and processes relevant to the industry.
- You should have good knowledge on the following processes
- time & material (RRB), intercompany T&M, fixed price project billing, down payment, revenue recognition and good integration knowledge with PS and CPM, FICO and RAR
- Solution Expertise: Should have at least 2 End to End Implementation experience in professional services domain project and should have worked as a O2C consultant in minimum 4 projects
- Strong analytical skills, result-oriented and effectiveness in problem solving.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Team player and ability to work successfully in culturally diverse environments.
- Working experience in Professional Services or ECO Industry is a plus
