**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**

**As a photographer**
- **Emotive Event & Wedding Photography**: As our visual storyteller, you'll immerse yourself in the fabric of each event and wedding, capturing not just images but the raw, unfiltered emotions that weave through these moments. Your sensitivity and intuition will guide you to anticipate and document the laughter, tears, and warmth that define these occasions.
- **Intimate Studio Portraits**: In the sanctuary of our studio, you'll craft portraits that do more than capture faces; they reveal stories. Each session will be an intimate exploration of personality and emotion, requiring your adept direction and empathetic connection to unveil the soul behind the eyes.
- **Brand Story Immersion for Commercial Projects**: When it comes to commercial photography, your mission is to embody the spirit of the brand. Through in-depth conversations with clients and meticulous mood board preparation, you'll grasp the narrative heart of each brand. Your photography will breathe life into these stories, crafting images that not only showcase products but also echo the brand's core message and values.
- **Collaborative Creativity**: Joining our team means weaving your creative voice into the collective tapestry of our projects. Your ideas and visions will be vital as you collaborate closely with clients and our creative team to bring shared visions to fruition

**As an editor**:

- **Image enhancement & Colour correction**:

- edit and retouch photos to correct exposure, colour balance and composition. Adjust and enhance different settings to attain the best possible detail / information from the image.
- **Cropping and composition**:

- **File management -** Organise and maintain a digital asset management system as guided by the management. Keep an organised track of raw images / work files / exported images.
- **Quality Control**:Ensure all images meet the company’s quality standards and guidelines.

Perform necessary checks to rectify any errors and inconsistencies in images.
- **Layout and design -** collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing layouts for various digital media & albums to ensure that the photographs are showcased in the best possible way.

**SKILL CHECK**
- Bachelor's degree in photography, visual arts, Multimedia, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience across a spectrum of photography styles, particularly in capturing the essence of events, the intimacy of weddings, and the personality in portraits.
- The ability to connect and communicate, turning photo sessions into comfortable and collaborative experiences.
- Adaptability and problem-solving skills, ready to meet the dynamic needs of diverse projects.
- A lifelong learner’s mindset, always curious and eager to explore new techniques and trends.
- Strong understanding of colour theory, composition and basics of photography.
- Attention to detail and a keen eye for visual aesthetics.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
