Job Description: ETL Tester (Manual) - One-on-One Support

**Location**: Medavakkam, Chennai (Part-Time, Offline)

**Salary**: ₹15,000 - ₹18,000 per month

**Schedule**: Monday to Friday, hours per day to be discussed

**Position Overview**:
We are looking for an ETL Tester with a focus on manual testing to provide one-on-one support in our healthcare data processes. This role is crucial for ensuring the quality and integrity of data used in hospital management systems.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide one-on-one manual testing support for ETL processes.
- Conduct datasource testing using MySQL, ensuring accurate data retrieval and transformation.
- Execute queries in Amazon Redshift and validate ETL outputs.
- Collaborate closely with team members to identify and troubleshoot data-related issues.
- Document testing procedures, results, and any identified defects.
- Adhere to healthcare compliance standards during testing.

**Requirements**:

- **Experience**: Proven experience in manual ETL testing.
- **Technical Skills**:

- Proficiency in MySQL for data querying.
- Basic understanding of Amazon Redshift.
- **Domain Knowledge**: Experience in the healthcare sector, especially in hospital management.
- **Attention to Detail**: Strong analytical skills to spot data discrepancies.
- **Communication Skills**: Ability to convey technical information clearly.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Familiarity with data warehousing concepts is a plus.
- Previous experience in the healthcare domain is preferred.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 7.5 per week
