JOB DESCRIPTION:

- Counselling students and potential PR/WP clients.
- Understand the student’s eligibility and requirements and advise them on the available programs.
- Give clear and accurate information based on the study abroad options, visa laws.
- Guide students in identifying and building a career path.
- Must have excellent communication skills and be fluent in English.
- Must be able to research and suggest programs accordingly.
- May be required to do multitasking such as visa files (Training will be provided)
- Advise Clients about finance support (e.g. HDFC Credila)
- Able to address client’s queries in consultation with the team.
- Provide all the information sought precisely by the parent and/or student. Clarifying doubts in filling up forms or doubts of any other nature.
- Regularly Follow up with leads and prioritises them based on high (Sales Qualified Lead) and low-quality leads (Marketing Qualified Lead).
- Possess a customer-first approach while dealing with and handling inquiries.
- Raise concerns and look for help when needed.
- Not be a complainer and find opportunities to resolve customer issues.
- Consider problems as opportunities and find every alternative option to deliver solutions.
- Counsel the clients with upgraded immigration information, pertaining to their age, education, work experience, language, eligibility, and chances of immigration. Apprehend the expectations and requirements of the clients and aid them with relevant overseas career opportunities (taking into account all the eligibility factors).
- Participate in exhibitions or seminar/ interview programs or other outreach activities to convert existing leads, generated by the Marketing team / other conversion generating activities.
- Approach educational institutions, coaching institutes and similar organisations where there is a high potential of student immigration for Canada.
- Should have excellent interpersonal skills, presentation skills and should be confident enough in speaking with students, parents.
- Responsible for timely reporting to the CEO including weekly-bi weekly updates.
- Give necessary feedback or ideas for campaigning or local promotional activities to the Marketing team.
- Super Organised and be able to prioritise work very well.
- Problem solver, work independently as well as interact and communicate effectively with others.
- Effectively respond to a wide variety of inquiries in a courteous, pleasant, and helpful manner.
- Proven customer service record that demonstrates a positive, open attitude and the ability to work across cultures.
- Multitask and work with frequent interruptions, while adhering to strict deadlines.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Work as a team player in a changing and growing environment.
- Use and maintain standard office equipment. (E.g. multi-line phones, photocopiers, printers, etc.)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
