**Position: Graphic Designer**

**Experience: 1-2 years**

**Location: Chennai**

**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Design and develop engaging **UI/UX Layouts and Images for websites** related to our **software products**:

- Create visually compelling designs, graphics, and layouts tailored to the brand's identity.
- Edit and produce high-quality **videos** for promotional, marketing, and product-related purposes.
- Develop creative **social media visuals**, including posts, stories, carousels, and ad creatives, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
- Collaborate with teams to conceptualize and execute creative ideas for **social media campaigns**.
- Use the appropriate colors and layouts for all brand assets.
- Delivering innovative brainstorming outputs which reflects the brand is needed.
- Work with copywriters and Digital marketing team to produce final design.
- Amend designs after feedback, also should be willing to improve design standards as per feedback.

**Required Skills & Tools**:

- Proficiency in design tools**:Adobe Creative Suite** (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD, Premiere Pro, After Effects, etc.), **Figma**, and **CapCut**.
- Strong understanding of **UI/UX principles** and experience designing user-friendly interfaces.
- Creativity in video editing and an eye for detail.
- Experience in creating dynamic and engaging **social media content**.

**Preferred Qualities**:

- Ability to work on multiple projects with tight deadlines.
- A passion for staying updated with design trends and emerging social media platforms.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Any Degree or Diploma in Design or related field is a plus
- Previous work experience in B2B field is appreciable.
