We are seeking a talented and creative UI/UX Designer to join our digital marketing agency. As a UI/UX Designer, you will play a key role in shaping the user experience and interface design of our digital products and campaigns. Your primary focus will be to ensure our clients' websites, landing pages, mobile apps, and other digital assets are visually appealing, intuitive, and optimized for maximum user engagement and conversion.

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand project requirements and business objectives.
- Conduct user research and gather insights to inform design decisions and improve user experience.
- Develop wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs that effectively communicate the intended user experience.
- Create intuitive and user-friendly interfaces that align with brand guidelines and industry best practices.
- Collaborate closely with developers and other stakeholders to ensure the successful implementation of designs.
- Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to continuously iterate and improve the user experience.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies in the UI/UX field.

**Requirements**:

- Proven work experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role, preferably in a digital marketing agency.
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, or similar.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and usability best practices.
- Knowledge of responsive design principles and experience designing for multiple platforms (web, mobile, etc.).
- Solid portfolio demonstrating a range of UI/UX design projects with a focus on conversion-driven design solutions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to effectively work with clients and cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
- Understanding of basic HTML/CSS and web development principles is a plus.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
