## **Key Responsibilities**:

- **Manage Online Manifesting**: Oversee the preparation and generation of shipment manifests, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company and carrier requirements.
- **Dispatch Coordination**: Coordinate daily dispatch operations, ensuring timely and accurate shipments to customers and distribution centers.
- **Order Fulfillment**: Monitor the order fulfillment process, ensuring orders are processed, packed, and dispatched according to schedule.
- **Inventory Management**: Work closely with the warehouse team to manage inventory levels, ensuring stock is available for dispatch.
- **Carrier Liaison**: Liaise with courier and logistics partners to schedule pick-ups, track shipments, and resolve any issues related to delivery delays or errors.
- **Documentation**: Maintain accurate records of shipments, including manifests, invoices, and delivery notes.
- **Customer Service**: Address any customer inquiries or concerns related to shipments, providing timely updates and resolutions.
- **Process Improvement**: Identify areas for process improvement in dispatch and manifesting operations, implementing solutions to enhance efficiency.
- **Compliance**: Ensure all dispatch operations comply with industry regulations and company policies.

## **Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in online manifesting and dispatch operations.
- Strong understanding of logistics, order fulfillment, and inventory management.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Proficient in using dispatch and inventory management software.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy.

## **Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience in e-commerce or retail logistics.
- Familiarity with various shipping carriers and their requirements.
- Basic knowledge of supply chain management.
