We are looking for a creative and imaginative architect interior designer to undertake a variety of space designing projects from concept to completion. An interest incharging trends in design in detail is must.

**Responsibility**

1. Undertake design project from concept to completion.

2. Determine the clients goals/ requirements of the project.

3. Presentation skills/ client engagement.

4. Interpret & translate customer needs into rough plans.

5. Negotiable fees and set schedules for the project.

6. Expertise in detailed drawings.

7. Framing drawings by using auto
- cad softwares.
8. Knowledge of 2d detailed drawings/ working drawings.

9. Place orders for materials and oversee installing the design elements.

10. work closely with designers, decorators, archiects, vendors and contractors.

11. Research and decide on materials and product sourcing.

12. Place orders for materials and oversee installing and design elements.

13. Research and follow industry changes, evolutions and best practices.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- 1. Proven working experiences in decorating interior spaces.

2. Expertise in layout, colour, lighting materials, selection, custom furniture and all installation.

3. Hands on experience with auto-cad, sketchup, 3d max and other design programs.

4. Excellent portfolio of previous works.

5. Attention too detail.

6. Artistic ability, vision & creativity.

7. communication & presentation skills.

8. Project and time management skills.

9. B. S Degree in interior design or similar relevant field.

10. Esablish a conceptual framework/structural frame work for the project.

11. Providing advise on the interior layout of a space building & propsing reconfigurations.

12. Generating 2D & 3D interior designer plans, drawings, mood boards and projects visualizations.

13. Supplying projected timelines and product schedules to coordinate trades, purchase orders and delieveries.

14. Determine client requirements along with time & withi the budget.

15. Select the right materials, furniture decor and finishings.

16. Define the time spend on the project.

**Salary**: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Morning shift

- New Delhi, Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- total work: 6 years (preferred)
- Interior design: 7 years (preferred)
