We have an urgent opening for **Safety Officer **

**Location**: Buttibori, Nagpur

**Experience Required**: 5+ years required

**Qualification Required**:

- BE/B.Tech - Mechanical or Electrical
- Advance Diploma in Industrial Safety Course Required from - MSBTE/PDIS/DIS
- NEBOSH IGC preferred

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Responsible to prepare documents, policies and procedures related to safety
- Should have knowledge of ISO standards 9001,14001,45001, etc
- Responsible to conduct internal audits as per IMS standards
- Should have knowledge of Hazard identification and risk management with environmental aspects and impacts
- Responsible to investigate of accidents/ Incidents and prepare root cause analysis reports with require CAPA
- Responsible to provide regular training as per training calendar
- Responsible to conduct regular inspection of tools and equipment's
- Responsible to conduct plant visit on daily basis and communicate hazards to the concerned departments
- Ensure that safety practices are line with the factory act 1948
- Responsible to prepare job safety analysis and carry out risk management
- Responsible to conduct HSE initiatives and involved all staff and workers
- Ensure that emergency plan is as per the standard requirements and is in place

**Skills to have**:

- Should have proven experience as safety officer
- Required in depth knowledge of legislation and procedure
- Should be familiar with conducting data analysis and reporting statistics
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present and explain health and safety topics

**Salary**: ₹500,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
