**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conceptualize and design building projects in line with client needs, safety standards, and sustainability principles.
- Develop detailed architectural plans, layouts, and technical drawings using CAD, 3d
- Collaborate with construction and project management teams to ensure designs are implemented as per specifications and timelines.
- Meet with clients to understand their vision and requirements and present architectural concepts and solutions.
- Coordinate with engineers, interior designers, and other professionals to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Conduct site visits to monitor project progress and ensure compliance with safety standards and design integrity.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest architectural trends, materials, and building regulations.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Architecture or related field from a recognized institution.
- Proven experience in architectural design and project management 1-3 years of experience preferred).
- Proficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other design tools.
- Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and sustainability practices.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Attention to detail, creativity, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of 3D rendering and visualization software is a plus

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
