**JOB DESCRIPTION FOR BILLING & ACCOUNTS OFFICER**

**Job Brief**

We are looking for a competent Accountancy specialist to undertake a variety of financial and non-financial tasks in order to help guarantee the company’s revenues. The individual will be required to handle the processing of incoming orders, co-ordinate with production system for preparation of products, organising transportation and despatch of orders along with the issuing of necessary paperwork, receive payments and filing all mandatory reports and returns including GST Challans.

**Responsibilities**
- Receive Orders and process the same for production by the plant
- Responsible for receiving and sorting incoming payments
- Organise timely despatch of the orders as per requirement of the clients
- Issue and post bills, receipts and invoices
- Check the validity of debit accounts
- Update accounts
- Ensure all clients remain informed on their outstanding debts and deadlines
- Provide solutions to any order or payment related problems of clients
- Write thorough reports on billing activity with clear and reliable data
- File all mandatory reports and returns for the factory
- Submission of GST related documentation

**Requirements and skills**
- Proven experience as Accountancy Specialist
- Excellent knowledge of laws and best practices in regards to dealing with financial matters
- Comfortable dealing with numbers and the processing of financial information
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office (particularly Excel) and accounting related softwares
- Proficiency in English
- Results-driven and able to handle uncertainties calmly with patience
- High degree of attention to detail and trustworthiness
- Qualification - C.A./ ICWA / M.Com.

Experience : 3 to 5 years preferably in manufacturing industry

CTC : 8.00 to 9.00 LPA (Negotiable depending on qualification & experience)

**Salary**: ₹66,666.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Jaipur, Rajasthan: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Accounting: 3 years (preferred)
- total work: 5 years (preferred)

**Language**:

- Hindi & English (preferred)

Willingness to travel:

- 75% (preferred)
