Apprentice- Business Operations

Business Operations and Transformation is bound together by a shared vision to be the glue that connects Commodity Insights. We provide operational leadership and high-quality services that enable the business lines to meet their value potential, strategic goals and customers’ needs.
The Transformation team aims to develop our processes, workflows and capabilities to deliver high-quality products/services with the utmost efficiency and consistency.

**Responsibilities**:
Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs, objectives, and challenges.
Elicit, document and contribute to the analysis of business requirements, processes, and workflows.
Aid with translation of these business requirements into clear and concise functional specifications for technical teams.
Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and program team.
Present findings, recommendations, and project updates to various audiences.
Create detailed documentation including business requirements, process flows, use cases, and features.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
**What we’re looking for**:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus).
Knowledge of lean, agile and six sigma methodologies a plus.
Proficiency in requirement gathering techniques, process modelling, and documentation is preferred.
