**Job description**

What needs to be done:

- Co-ordinating and liaising between Customers and Factory Team for pre and post dispatch formalities
- Understand technical requirements and provide customers with optimum suggestions
- Generating sales enquiries, working on and sending technical quotations, and end-to-end technical and commercial negotiations with Customers
- Capturing all revelant data points and creating a digital directory
- Supporting the Sales Manager in full capacity, and keeping customers informed of the entire production journey

**Required Qualifications**:

- Diploma/Degree in an Engineering domain (preferred), OR relevant work experience in an engineering based organisation
- At least 12-24 months work experience in a technical environment, ideally working in a techno-commercial (sales/marketing/business development) capacity
- Proficiency in MS Office, with a strong grasp of MS Word and Excel spreadsheets
- Proficiency in English, Hindi
- Good communication skills, strong work ethic, and ability to organise and multitask

**Salary**: ₹30,500.00 - ₹35,500.00 per month
