Key Responsibilities:

- **Teaching & Learning**: Deliver creative and engaging lessons that cater to the developmental needs of children aged 3-6 years, using age-appropriate teaching methodologies and resources.
- **Classroom Management**: Maintain a safe, well-organized, and interactive classroom environment that encourages active participation and learning.
- **Curriculum Implementation**: Follow the pre-primary curriculum and adapt it to meet the individual needs of students, ensuring all children are engaged and learning at their own pace.
- **Student Development**: Assess the academic and behavioral progress of students, providing feedback and conducting regular parent-teacher meetings to discuss students' development.
- **Parent Communication**: Build positive relationships with parents, offering regular updates on their child's progress, and addressing any concerns.
- **Lesson Planning**: Prepare and organize weekly/monthly lesson plans, incorporating a mix of structured activities (e.g., arts, crafts, music, physical activities) and free play.
- **Child-Centered Approach**: Create a warm, caring, and inclusive classroom atmosphere where each child feels valued and supported in their learning journey.
- **Extra-Curricular Activities**: Plan and supervise extra-curricular activities that promote physical, emotional, and social development (e.g., sports, field trips, celebrations).
- **Assessments & Reports**: Maintain records of students' progress and prepare reports as per school requirements.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with fellow teachers and the school administration to ensure a cohesive teaching approach and a smooth operation of daily activities.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
