
Performance Marketer

The Performance Marketer will be responsible for creating, managing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns to ensure the achievement of business objectives. The role involves working across various online channels, utilizing data-driven strategies to increase brand visibility, drive website traffic, and maximize conversions.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Campaign Management**:
- Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across channels such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.
- Develop strategies for paid search, display, social media, and retargeting campaigns.
- Manage and optimize bidding strategies, budgets, and KPIs like CPA, ROAS (Return on Ad Spend), CTR (Click-Through Rate), and conversion rates.
- **Data Analysis & Optimization**:
- Analyze and interpret campaign performance using platforms like Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and other analytics tools.
- Identify trends and insights to optimize spending and performance.
- Conduct A/B testing for ad copy, landing pages, creatives, and audience targeting.
- **Audience Targeting & Segmentation**:
- Identify and refine target audiences using various demographic, behavioral, and psychographic data.
- Develop lookalike audiences, retargeting lists, and segmentation strategies to improve performance.
- **Reporting & Strategy Development**:
- Provide detailed performance reports, and share insights on campaign performance and recommendations for improvement.
- Work closely with internal teams (e.g., content, design, product) to align marketing strategies with overall business objectives.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
- **Budget Management**:
- Manage the marketing budget and optimize campaign performance to ensure efficient use of resources and maximum ROI.
- Forecast ROI and allocate budgets appropriately across channels.
**Key Skills & Qualifications**:
- **Experience**: 2-5 years of experience in performance marketing, digital marketing, or paid advertising.
- **Technical Skills**:
- Proficiency in Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, Google Analytics, and other marketing platforms.
- Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and programmatic advertising.
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo).
- Understanding of A/B testing, multivariate testing, and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
- **Analytical Skills**: Ability to analyze complex data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions.
- **Budgeting**: Experience in managing advertising budgets and ensuring profitability through proper resource allocation.
- **Communication**: Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively present data and strategies to stakeholders.
- **Project Management**: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Certification in Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, or other relevant platforms.
- Experience with eCommerce or SaaS marketing is a plus.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
