Tele Caller Executive

As a Telecaller in a DTH (Direct-to-Home) company, your primary responsibility is to engage with potential customers, promote DTH services, handle customer inquiries, and assist in resolving any issues or concerns they may have. You will be a crucial link between the company and its customers, ensuring a positive customer experience and contributing to sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
Outbound Calls: Make proactive outbound calls to potential customers who have expressed interest in DTH services or to leads generated through marketing campaigns.

Customer Engagement: Build rapport with customers, understand their requirements, and effectively communicate the features, benefits, and offers of the DTH services.

Sales Promotion: Highlight the advantages and unique selling points of the company's DTH packages, including channel offerings, pricing, installation process, and after-sales support, to persuade customers to subscribe.

Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential customers by gathering relevant information, such as demographic details, preferences, and current service providers, and maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.

Customer Query Resolution: Respond to customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally, providing accurate information and ensuring appropriate follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction.

Upselling and Cross-selling: Identify opportunities to upsell premium packages, add-on services, or promotional offers to existing customers based on their usage patterns and preferences.

Product Knowledge: Stay updated on the company's DTH offerings, new features, and industry trends to provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers.

Target Achievement: Meet or exceed individual and team targets for lead conversion, customer acquisition, and revenue generation.

Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the sales team, field technicians, and other departments to ensure seamless customer onboarding, service activation, and issue resolution.

Feedback and Reporting: Provide feedback and suggestions on improving sales strategies, customer experience, and product offerings. Prepare regular reports on call metrics, customer feedback, and sales performance.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent qualification. Bachelor's degree is a plus.
- Proven experience in a tele calling or telemarketing role, preferably in the DTH or telecom industry.
- Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear and persuasive phone manner.
- Strong customer service orientation and ability to empathise with customers' needs and concerns.
- Ability to work well in a target-driven environment and meet sales goals.
- Good organisational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**Salary**: ₹8,086.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
