The Female Receptionist is responsible for greeting and assisting visitors, answering and directing phone calls, and providing administrative support to the office staff. This is a dual role that requires the ability to multitask and handle a variety of tasks simultaneously.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Schedule appointments
- Manage the office calendar
- Maintain and organize office records
- Prepare and distribute correspondence
- Provide general administrative support to the office staff
- Perform other receptionist and telecaller duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Graduate.
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to multitask and work independently and as part of a team
- Experience with Microsoft Office
- Preferred: Experience with telemarketing and sales
**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
**Experience**:
- Microsoft Office: 1 year (preferred)
- Front desk - Receptionist: 1 year (preferred)
**Language**:
- English (preferred)
