**Job Summary**

As a Collection Agent, you will be responsible for managing and collecting outstanding accounts receivable to ensure timely payments from customers. Your role will involve utilizing various skills such as medical billing, account reconciliation, and customer service to effectively handle collections.

**Responsibilities**
- Contact customers regarding overdue payments and negotiate payment plans
- Utilize medical billing knowledge to understand and resolve billing discrepancies
- Perform account reconciliation to ensure accurate tracking of payments and outstanding balances
- Use accounting software to update customer accounts and maintain accurate records
- Provide excellent customer service while assisting customers with billing inquiries
- Collaborate with internal teams to address customer concerns and resolve payment issues promptly

**Skills**
- Proficiency in medical billing processes and terminology
- Experience in medical collections or related field is beneficial
- Strong understanding of debits, credits, and account reconciliation
- Familiarity with accounting software for managing customer accounts
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers using proper phone etiquette
- Knowledge of coding and accounts payable procedures
- Excellent customer service skills to address inquiries and resolve payment issues

**Job Type**: फ़ुल-टाइम

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
