**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Training Delivery**:

- Deliver engaging, interactive training sessions that cover core accounting principles and the use of Tally software.
- Teach key topics such as Manual Accounts, Journal Entries, Ledger Entries, Trial Balance, P&L Sheets, Balance Sheets, and Advanced Excel for accounting purposes.
- Provide comprehensive training on **Tally Prime** and **GST** processes, helping students gain practical, hands-on experience.
- **Skill Development**:

- Utilize practical demonstrations, case studies, and exercises to reinforce learning and improve retention.
- **Assessment and Feedback**:

- Monitor student progress through regular assignments, quizzes, and practical tasks.
- Offer constructive and actionable feedback to support student growth and help them overcome challenges in mastering accounting concepts.
- **Student Support**:

- Provide personalized, one-on-one guidance to students, addressing their individual learning needs.
- Foster a positive, motivating classroom environment where students feel supported and inspired to achieve their goals.
- **Professional Development**:

- Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in accounting, Tally software, GST regulations, and Excel techniques.

**Required Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Tally Faculty or in a similar accounting/training role.
- **Skills**:

- Strong proficiency in accounting fundamentals (Manual Accounts, Journal Entries, Ledger Entries, Trial Balance, P&L Sheets, and Balance Sheets).
- Expertise in **Tally Prime**, **GST**, and **Advanced Excel**.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex topics in a simple, relatable manner.
- **Personal Attributes**:

- Passion for teaching and a genuine desire to help students succeed.
- Ability to create an engaging and inclusive learning environment.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple learners and deliver effective training.
