**(JAIPUR BIO FERTILIZER REQUIRED - SALES OFFICER-NURSERY MARKET )**

Roles and Responsibilities
- Business Development in Nurseries and related markets.
- Must be able to understand products and services and execute ideas accordingly.
- Knowledge to implement systems and procedures for the retail sales of the product for the nursery. This will require working directly with the Nursery Retail Sales/Promotional Manager.
- Restocking the retail yard with the product and communicating with Nursery Retailers about material quantities and future needs.
- Greet customers quickly, assist with product selections, promote sales of our products as needed.
- Maintaining relationships with important clients by making regular visits on nurseries, understanding their needs, and anticipating new marketing opportunities and promote sales.
- Should be able to convince the vendors and promote our product and increase sales.

Requirement and Skills
- 12 th Pass
- Must have Minimum 1-2 years of experience
- Product Knowledge to be able to sell to Nurseries
- Preferred experience in nursery industry.
- He must also be able to interact with all staff, vendors, etc. in a professional manner at all times.
- The Sales Associate must be professionally and politely interact with all customers to generate retail sales. He must also gain excellent product knowledge.
- Proactive person who has positive attitude and responsible for sales targets.
- Willing to travel for work in Delhi NCR and Punjab

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
