**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Curriculum Delivery**:

- Plan and deliver comprehensive mathematics lessons that align with the curriculum standards and learning objectives for the primary grades.
- Utilize a variety of instructional strategies, manipulatives, and technology tools to make mathematical concepts accessible and engaging for young learners.
- **Mathematical Concepts**:

- Teach foundational mathematical concepts such as number sense, operations, geometry, measurement, and problem-solving skills.
- Scaffold instruction to accommodate diverse learning needs and ensure all students develop a strong mathematical foundation.
- **Hands-on Activities**:

- Facilitate hands-on activities, group work, and interactive discussions to promote active learning and deepen students' understanding of mathematical concepts.
- **Assessment and Evaluation**:

- Design and administer assessments to evaluate student progress and mastery of mathematical skills and concepts.
- Use assessment data to inform instruction, identify areas for remediation or enrichment, and provide targeted support to individual students.
- **Classroom Management**:

- Establish and maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment where all students feel valued, respected, and supported in their learning.
- Implement effective classroom management strategies to minimize disruptions, encourage participation, and promote a culture of mutual respect and responsibility.
- **Parent Communication**:

- Maintain regular communication with parents regarding student progress, achievements, and areas for improvement in mathematics.
- Provide opportunities for parent involvement in their child's mathematical education through parent-teacher conferences, workshops, and take-home activities.
- **Collaboration and Professional Development**:

- Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices, coordinate interdisciplinary projects, and contribute to the ongoing improvement of the mathematics curriculum.
- Participate in professional development activities to enhance content knowledge, teaching skills, and instructional strategies in mathematics education.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Education, or a related field, along with a teaching certification or credential for primary grades.
- Previous experience teaching mathematics to primary-level students is preferred but not required.
- Strong content knowledge in mathematics, including proficiency in foundational concepts, arithmetic operations, geometry, and measurement.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate young learners in the study of mathematics.
- Patience, creativity, and a passion for working with children to foster a positive attitude towards mathematics and problem-solving.
- Organizational skills and attention to detail to effectively plan and deliver mathematics lessons that meet the needs of diverse learners.
- Proficiency in using technology tools, manipulatives, and educational resources to enhance instruction and support student learning in mathematics.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
