**Job Role**
- Reach out to all Mojocare Package customers and communicate the importance of a healthy diet and lifestyle in treating sexual disorders like ED and PE, women’s health conditions like PCOS, mental health conditions, weight management
- Create a daily task list of booked appointments and deliver high quality session experience to the customer as per the slot preference
- Document all diet and lifestyle related details in the CRM tool on a daily basis
- Collate insights and feedback on the user journey and document them in easily readable format.
- Persuade the customer to go for a refill and ensure retention/cross-sell/up-sell for minimum 35% of the customer base month-on-month
- Be able to organize consumer psyches into various buckets and standardize the nature of diet and lifestyle charts that users will require to control their conditions
- Create user modules, workouts and templates basis this, that can be shared with users in a scalable manner
- Organise group zoom sessions to build community and increase engagement by developing modules for targeted workshops

**Requirements**:

- 2+ years of experience in a similar profile or as a freelance dietitian is preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with the patients remotely
- Full professional proficiency in English and Hindi is a must. Limited/full working proficiency in regional languages like Kannada, Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, Bengali etc is a plus
- Undergraduate degree in BSc Dietetics and Master’s degree in MSc/MPhil Food Management & Dietetics
- Comfortable to deal with patients having psychosexual disorders especially men from all geographies and walks of life
- Ability to multitask, set priorities and manage time effectively in a fast paced environment
- Ability to organize modules, workouts and templates to make work scalable and standardized
- Healthcare enthusiast who believes in the mission of the company and is excited in building this together
- Willingness to relocate to Bangalore (if needed) to work closely with the team
