We are seeking a skilled and motivated platform Administrator to join our BT DevSecOps team and manage the Robotic Process Automation (RPA) platform. As a platform Administrator, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation, maintenance,and optimization of our RPA infrastructure ,enabling efficient and effective automation of business processes.You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to support RPA initiatives, troubleshoot issues, and impleemtnenchancements to drive productivity and innovation.You will need to be a self-starter, ready to dig in and own projects, collaborate cross-functionally, and deliver quality results. The work is challenging, but you can count on a deep level of support from your team.

**Responsibilities**
- Manage and maintain the RPA platform infrastructure and related components,to ensure high availability,reliability,and performance
- Monitor the health and performance of the RPA platform, proactively identify and resolve issues,and investigate root causes of incidents to prevent recurrence.
- Implement and maintain security controls and access policies to safeguard RPA assets and data,and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
- Establish and enforce governance policies,standards,and procedures for RPA deployment and maintenance to promote consistency ,quality and scalability.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders,RPA developers and other IT teams to integrate RPA solutions with existing systems,streamline processes,and drive automation initiatives.
- Establish and configure CI/Cd pipelines for RPA processes,integrating RPA development environments with version control system tools like GitIHub and automation tools (eg Jenkins) to enable automated builds, testing and deployment
- Document CI/CD pipeline configurations,procedures,and best practices,and provide training and support to RPA developers and stakeholders to enable effective use of automation tools and processes.

**Required Skills & Experience**
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, information technology, or related field
- At least 3+ years of experience in administering,managing,scaling and performance tuning RPA platforms
- Experience with implementing resilient and highly available platform configurations is highly recommended.
- Experience with Devops practices and methodologies,including infrastructure as code and configuration management.
- Experience in the automation and scripting languages tools like Jenkins, CircleCI, Gitlab, Python etc..
- RPA certification is preferred
- Excellent verbal and written technical documentation skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
