As a Video Shooter and Editor, you will work closely with the creative team to conceptualize, shoot, and edit video content that aligns with our brand’s vision and objectives. Your expertise will help bring stories to life, creating compelling visual narratives that resonate with our audience.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Video Shooting**:

- Operate professional video cameras and equipment to capture high-quality footage for various projects (corporate videos, promotional content, social media posts, etc.).
- Set up and adjust lighting, camera angles, and sound to achieve the desired visual and auditory quality.
- Ensure the quality of the footage is up to industry standards, adhering to client briefs and creative direction.
- **Video Editing**:

- Edit raw footage into polished, final video content using industry-standard editing software.
- Incorporate sound, graphics, and effects to enhance the overall production value.
- Collaborate with the creative team to implement feedback and make necessary revisions.
- Ensure videos are delivered on time, meeting project timelines and quality expectations.
- **Pre-production and Post-production**:

- Participate in pre-production planning, including storyboarding, shot lists, and creative brainstorming.
- Assist with the organization and management of video assets and project files.
- Oversee post-production workflows, including color correction, sound mixing, and final output for multiple platforms.
- **Collaboration**:

- Work with directors, producers, and other team members to understand the vision of each project and provide input on the creative process.
- Stay up to date with current trends in video production and editing techniques.

**Qualifications**:

- A minimum of 3 years of experience as a video shooter and editor, with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of work.
- Proficient in video editing software and familiarity with motion graphics software (After Effects, etc.).
- Strong knowledge of camera equipment, lenses, lighting, and sound equipment.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating strong communication skills.
- Attention to detail and an eye for creative visual storytelling.
- Familiarity with different video formats and resolutions for various platforms
- Knowledge of color grading, sound design, and visual effects is a plus.
- A degree in Film, Media, or a related field is preferred but not required.
