**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Art Creation**: Develop and produce high-quality artwork for various projects, including digital and print media.
- **Layout Changes**: Make necessary adjustments and modifications to existing layouts to ensure consistency and alignment with brand guidelines.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the senior designers and other team members to understand project requirements and deliver creative solutions.
- **Brand Consistency**: Ensure all artworks and layouts adhere to the brand's visual identity and guidelines.
- **Feedback Implementation**: Incorporate feedback from senior designers and stakeholders to refine and improve designs.
- **File Management**: Maintain organized files and project assets for easy access and retrieval.
- **Support**: Assist the creative team with additional tasks as needed, contributing to the overall efficiency and productivity of the department.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: A degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- **Experience**: 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within a creative or advertising agency.
- **Skills**:

- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Strong understanding of design principles and layout techniques.
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively within a team.
- Time management skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
