NOVARGI Indian branch, an Indian established company belonging to the International Group NOVARGI, is currently seeking a Project Expeditor to join our Indian team based in New Delhi.

NOVARGI Indian branch, is mainly focused on Engineering activities for the whole group and Project management activities.

**About The Role**:
Project Expeditor will be involved in Oil, Gas & Energy projects such as supply and installation of Fired Heaters, Reformers, Process skids mounted packages, Gas processing Plants, Incineration packages,.
- To monitor and expedite of the works of the different Vendors of the projects with the aim of seeking compliance with the project schedules for accomplishment of the delivery deadlines committed to the Clients.
- To analyze in coordination with the Project Manager, Procurement Manager and QC Manager the planning of the projects to categorize each supply and identify those that are critical.
- To plan the Expediting activities in coordination with Project Managers and Procurement Manager based on this categorization, identifying the necessary internal and external resources.
- In coordination with the Procurement Manager, Procurement Manager and QC manager, activate the work of the suppliers in relation to the project, in order to achieve the partial objectives in terms of delivery times.
- To perform all the necessary expediting visits to the Suppliers in order to have the most accurate picture of the Purchase Orders status.
- Make official when appropriate through meeting notes, reports or other means the commitments acquired with the Vendors.
- To keep the internal project expediting report continuously updated with the most up-to-date and accurate information possible. With this purpose proprietary ERP systems shall be the base of the report tools.
- To provide the Project Manager with reliable information on the status of supplies in order to plan Logistics activities with the necessary anticipation.
- All these activities will be mainly focused in Indian and International contexts.
- To travel internationally when and as required.

**About Your profile**:

- Master or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, preferably in Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical.
- Minimum 10 years experience in similar function.
- Expertise in the Expediting activities of International projects.
- Deep knowledge of Indian and International suppliers of Industrial components and manufacturers for Upstream, Refining, Petrochemical or Chemical Industry.
- Skills for expediting and negotiation in processes of procurement with Indian and International Companies.
- Clear orientation to the project schedule accomplishment results of the Projects.
- Team work capacities.
- Professional English level.
- Project Expeditor will report to Projects Director in the Company.
