**Position Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
Implement and maintain quality control procedures and protocols for CNC VMC shop floor operations.

Conduct regular inspections and audits of machining processes to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications.

Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for non-conforming products or processes.

Collaborate with production teams to identify areas for process improvement and implement effective solutions.

Conduct training sessions for shop floor personnel on quality standards, procedures, and best practices.

Monitor and analyze quality metrics and KPIs to track performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Work closely with suppliers and vendors to ensure the quality of incoming materials and components.

Maintain documentation and records related to quality control activities, including inspection reports, non-conformance reports, and corrective action plans.

Participate in customer audits and address any quality-related concerns or inquiries.

Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and regulatory requirements related to CNC machining and quality control.

Qualifications and Skills:
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.

2-3 years of experience in quality control within a CNC VMC shop floor environment.

Strong understanding of machining processes, including CNC programming and operation.

Proficiency in quality control tools and techniques, such as SPC, FMEA, and root cause analysis.

Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.

Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across different teams.

Familiarity with ISO 9001 or other quality management systems is preferred.

Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

**Key skills : CNC VMC Shop floor experience must.**

**Salary : 20K-25K**
