**Job Title: Accounts Executive**
**Location**: Pune ,Maharashtra
**Employment Type**: Full-time

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Monitor and manage daily cash flow to ensure adequate liquidity.
- Prepare periodic cash flow statements and forecasts.
- Ensure timely reconciliation of bank statements and financial records.

**Payment Recovery & Accounts Receivable**:

- Track outstanding payments and follow up with clients for timely collection.
- Develop and implement effective payment recovery strategies.
- Maintain accurate records of receivables, including invoices and payment statuses.
- Resolve billing disputes and negotiate payment terms with clients.

**Accounts Management**:

- Maintain financial records, ensuring compliance with accounting principles.
- Process and record financial transactions accurately.
- Assist in preparing financial reports, including profit and loss statements.

**Compliance & Reporting**:

- Ensure adherence to financial regulations and company policies.
- Prepare periodic reports on cash flow, outstanding payments, and collections.
- Support audits by providing necessary financial documentation.

**Required Qualifications & Skills**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 1+ years of experience in accounting, with a focus on cash flow management and payment recovery.
- Strong knowledge of accounts receivable and financial reconciliation.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, SAP, or other ERP systems).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills for payment follow-ups.
- Ability to analyze financial data and generate reports.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of tax regulations and financial compliance is a plus.

**Note : Cash Flow Management and Payment Recovery Experience is a must for this job**

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
