**About Us**

Modernatives is a forward-thinking design studio specializing in [e.g., residential, commercial, or sustainable architecture]. We are committed to pushing creative boundaries while delivering functional, user-centered spaces. We’re currently seeking a motivated **Architect Intern** to join our team and gain hands-on experience in architectural design and project development.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Assist in creating **concept designs**, **3D models**, and detailed drawings.
- Support the team with **AutoCAD**, **SketchUp**, **Revit**, and **Adobe Suite** work.
- Participate in **site analysis**, **material research**, and design presentations.
- Contribute to the development of **working drawings** and documentation.
- Collaborate in team meetings, design reviews, and client discussions.

**Requirements**:

- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Architecture (B.Arch/M.Arch).
- Proficient in **AutoCAD**, **SketchUp**, **Revit**, **Photoshop**, and **InDesign**.
- Good eye for design, attention to detail, and presentation skills.
- Basic understanding of architectural design principles and building codes.
- Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and strong time-management skills.
