About the role
For all the teachers who love teaching K2 - K4 Grade offerings for English, this role is for you
What will you be doing?
- Deliver demo and paid online classes to students as prescribed in the curriculum ensuring the best level of student experience.
- Correct homework, assignments and projects as and when submitted by the students as prescribed in the curriculum ensuring the best level of student experience.
- Generate progress reports and share feedback on students as and when promoted by the prescribed program guidelines.
- Conduct regular parent-Consultant Teacher interactions to update parents on student progress and seek parent feedback.
- Implement feedback received from students and the quality team in day-to-day sessions.
- Participate in meetings and training organized by the team for improving the scope of excellence.
- Provide regular feedback as prescribed on the effectiveness of content to the curriculum team.
- Review and/ or refine the curriculum.
Who are we looking for?
- Years of Teaching Experience: 6 years, K-2 (mandatory) and upto K-4
- Mandatory Languages Known: English (Native/Bilingual Proficiency), Hindi (Full Professional Proficiency)
- Additional Languages Known (good-to-have): Any other regional languages (Native/Bilingual Proficiency)
- Degree: Bachelor’s Degree in Any Stream Or Higher
- Employment Type: Part Time Contract (4 hrs a day, 100 hrs a month)
